Premarital Counseling

Couples often tell me that they experienced the highest highs and the lowest lows during their engagement. This coupled with the cultural expectation that this is supposed to be the happiest time in your life can increase doubt and worry, and lead to more arguments and disconnection. This is totally normal! I can help you start your marriage feeling connected and supported and ready to face whatever challenges come your way. The PREPARE/ENRICH program, merged with my knowledge as a couples counselor, will help you and your future spouse gain insight into your relationship dynamics and personality, while developing skills to help you prepare for the inevitable challenges all couples face in long-term relationships. The premarital package will help you and your future spouse:

  • Learn communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Identify your money personality and how it affects your financial priorities
  • Understand how to manage your expectations for marriage
  • Acknowledge how your unique family history may impact your relationship

PREPARE/ENRICH Package Details

My PREPARE/ENRICH package includes a comprehensive online couple assessment, a workbook to more deeply explore the topics at home, and five 90-minute in-person sessions to explore the unique challenges you and your future spouse may face. Package cost for five 90-minute sessions, online assessment, and workbook is $1050. ($210/session).
